After some back and forth, they found a solution, but the room I ended up in cost significantly more than what I had planned for. Another downside was the condition of the bathroom. There were some cleanliness issues, like black spots on the ceiling, and the floor left a sandy feel underfoot. It gave the impression that maintenance could use some attention. the place felt safe due to the cameras and staff presence, yet it could really use an upgrade to transform the stay into a more pleasant experience.
